Synthetic, The color is 1b/grey. This wig comes with combs and elastic straps for a secure fit. It is heat resistant. Heat can be used up to 375 degrees. Finger comb are comb with a wide tooth comb in to the desired look you prefer. Wig may not appear exactly the same as on the photo because of packaging. You can use mousse or gel to mold side burns and nape to your liking. Just be creative!Synthetic Hair
Cancelations, Exchanges & RETURNS
I don't alow cancelations so please be sure about your purchase. Most units can be returned or exchanged for a unit of the same value or less. If it's less, I will refund you the difference. You have to contact me within 3 business days after the wig has been delivered as shown by tracking. Returns are accepted as long as the lace is intact, hang tag is still attached and the wig hasn't been restyled or cut. Please send me a message on ballwool with a photo to show the wig condition, and I will issue refund as soon as I receive and inspect the wig.
There is 15% restocking fee on all return products.
For returns, once I received the returned item(s), if the returned item(s) meet our requirements after inspection, you’ll receive your refund within 3 business days minus the restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for return shipping. All returns must be shipped with tracking and the tracking number must be sent to us.
NOTE: ONLY ONE TRADE IN ALLOWED IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER OPTION. NO REFUND WILL BE ALLOWED AFTER THE CHANGE OPTION IS GRANTED.
