It's a Astrology Protective Amulet Pendant,made of copper and carved 2 sided pattern.
The shape is Tibetan Budhist amulet badge - SIPAHO(srid pa ho).
The front is a very rare calendar pattern, the periphery is a refugee tree,Pagoda and Kalachakra Symbol on both sides of the top,in the middle of the tree is the tibetan calendar.
