Upcycled Vintage Cutting Board

Upcycled cutting board. This measures 14 1/2" long x 6 1/4" wide x 1/2" thick.
This is a vintage cutting board that I have upcycled. It has been used and loved and I have just made it prettier. There are cuts in the wood because it has been used over time (see the last picture of the worst area). I cleaned and sanded during the makeover.
One side has a beautiful faux tiled look with an ultra-glossy finish (this side is meant for display, DO NOT CUT ON THIS SIDE). The other side has the word "Chop" burned into the wood. The handle has been wrapped with jute twine and it has a jute twine hanger with two wooden beads. The edge is painted blue to coordinate with the napkin. The chopping side has been reconditioned with cutting board oil.
Cleaning: wipe clean, do not run through a dishwasher, and do not submerge in water. Actually, you CAN submerge in water but I can make no guarantees of what will happen with the glossy side. I think it would be ok, but again... I make no guarantees if you choose to try :)
