For longevity of your ring, we suggest that you remove your ring when coming onto contact with water and other materials that are rough to avoid scratching.

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- All returned items must be in their original packaging.
- Pierced products such as earrings; we cannot accept returns items if the sealed proof packing has been opened - this is for hygiene reasons!
- Please note that items must be returned to us in their original condition. Items will not be refunded if we receive them damaged due to poor packaging on your part.
- It is strongly recommended that returns are sent back with insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot refund a returned item if it is lost in the mail.
