As an example, the consumption rate of essence for the preparation of some of the most popular truffle products is: Olive oil – 8-10 ml per 1 liter Butter – 0.7-1.0 ml per 1 kg Mayonnaise – 0.7-1.0 ml per 1 kg Honey – 0.8-1.1 ml per 1 kg Minced meat for burgers – 0.5-0.7 ml per 1 kg Minced meat for dumplings – 0.25-0.4 ml per 1 kg Beer – 0.4 ml per 1 liter Liqueur – 0.45 ml per 1 liter Vodka – 0.4 ml per 1 liter Sauces – 0.5-1 ml per 1 liter Meat products (salami, boiled and smoked brisket and bacon, burger and minced dumplings) and cheeses require a special approach.
