Plastic Scale Model of Soviet Multipurpose Helicopter MIL MI-8MT
Mi-8MT (modernized transport) is a multi-purpose medium-class helicopter, an upgraded version of the Mi-8T helicopter.
The helicopter is equipped with 2200hp TVZ-117MT engines, an AI-9V auxiliary power unit, the tail rotor was moved to the port side, and many structural elements were also improved.
The flight speed of the Mi-8MT increased to 250 km / h, the ceiling - up to 5000 m, the range - up to 600 km.
The increased power-to-weight ratio made it possible to significantly increase firepower by increasing the onboard mounted weapons, as well as to increase the maneuverability of the vehicle.
