Ask any questions, I will answer them all. This is a digital product (there is no physical product) intended for the independent production of sheet metal products. You should be able to cut out parts on a CNC metal cutting machine or manually with a convenient cutting tool using a stencil (for example, a grinder). Also, you should be able to bend the parts on a bending machine or manually, at the end welding the parts together according to the instructions and, if desired, cleaning and painting the finished product. Please note that the drawings are distributed on the condition that your finished product is a finished sculpture, the sale of welding kits based on my drawings is strictly prohibited. Note that there is a second version of the bull head. The sculpture of a trophy bull’s head is supposed to be made of steel with a thickness of 1.5 mm and a bending radius of 1 mm. The minimum bending angle is 4.8 degrees, the maximum angle is -90 degrees. The weight of the sculpture is about 11 kg. There are 37 parts in total. The design documentation includes 24 pages, 22 of which are bending drawings. The instruction includes 10 pages in order of assembly. The assembly contains mirror parts and has an index (_01) and must be bent in the other direction. The bending line is drawn along the cutouts in the part, in accordance with the drawing. The archive includes: dxf (22 pieces – files separately), Drawings (24 pages), Instruction (10 pages). There is no engraving on the dxf, bending is performed along the line indicated by drop-shaped cutouts at the ends of the bending line. If you need to create a stencil for printing in PDF format or create a DXF file with all the parts located on the sheet metal format you need, please contact me. The files you download are not intended for distribution, they are intended for you and your production. You have the right to manufacture and sell products created according to these drawings in any quantities. 3D models are not included in the project, if you need, then STP models of all parts, except for mirror parts, (not assembled) can be provided for an additional fee. But I do not guarantee that your bending calculation software will display the models correctly. Please note that the drawings are distributed on the condition that your finished product is a finished sculpture, the sale of welding kits based on my drawings is strictly prohibited.
