Meadowsweet (meadowsweet) - a source of vitamin C and salicylic acid, which causes the anti-inflammatory properties of the plant. It also has wound healing, antipyretic, diuretic and diaphoretic properties.
Composition:100% meadowsweet herb dried.
How to use:Infusion. 2 teaspoons of grass pour 1 cup boiling water, to insist 1 hour, drain. Take 1/3 cup 3 times a day before meals.
Tea. 1 teaspoon grass pour 1 cup boiling water, 20 minutes, drain. Drink at once.
