This is inspired by a series I read. It’s called ‘Aghora: At the left hand of God’. It’s about the aghori sadhus and saadhvis. They don’t believe in the traditional methods of worship mentioned in the Vedas. That’s why their practice is also called ‘left hand worship’, because the vedas insist on all religious rituals being performed by the right hand. The left is considered unclean and inauspicious. The aghoris use extreme methods of worship and pray to terrifying, demanding gods! They generally worship Rudra (an extreme avatar of Shiva) and ma Samshan Tara (an extreme avatar of shakti). They smoke bhaang as a part of their meditation ritual. I would like to sell these prints together. But there is an option to purchase just one alone too.
