Your wallpaper order will be printed in the USA on eco-friendly material. SIZE Each roll of wallpaper is printed to order and has a fixed 24” width. The wallpaper design is printed at a straight drop, meaning you will not need to offset rolls when hanging - you can hang them straight up next to each other. We don’t offer overlap by default but we can offer it for you by request. PRINT QUALITY AND ART REPRESENTATION Graphic effects are added to the print as part of the creative process. Arts have effects and textures when looking into detail. Digital screens can misrepresent art attributes. Order a Sample to make sure the quality of this print will match your expectations. Avoid installing wallpaper over washable, non-stick, or scrubbable paints. These paints are crafted to prevent things from sticking -- including wallpaper. If in doubt, prime your walls with a flat white primer. For best results, apply wallpaper to a surface that is a solid, light color. If your wall has been recently painted, allow at least 4+ weeks for the paint to cure before applying wallpaper. Applying wallpaper over uncured paint can lead to bubbling. Our wallpaper will not stick to cement or textured walls. SAMPLE Because expectations can differ from reality, we offer very affordable samples from this product, providing an opportunity to test and try before going big. The sample has a 8 1/2" x 11" detail view in true scale of the mural as well as a scaled preview of the full design setting including all elements within the print. For color accuracy, order Samples in all the materials you are considering for your project. Please note, a sample is not a full representation of the overall look. A sample is a partial piece of the complete design. Sample sheet will not line up to other sample sheets. They are intended for color matching and adhesion testing only. RETURNS Do you accept returns? We do not accept returns for other reason than defective or damaged during transit, each case needs to be approved before sending back. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Each and every order is custom printed for the individual who orders it, which means that we cannot re-stock and re-sell materials that are returned to us. When our merchandise that does not qualify as defective: The color is different form the screen, the measurements purchased are wrong, the wallpaper material purchased is not suitable for the project. What happens when I have a defective wallpaper but it's already installed Our products are extensively tested and tried. Our products need to be used according with our specifications, surface recommendation and installation instructions. When a peel and stick wallpaper fails or do not performs as expected there is always a technical reason involved. Since we cannot control the handling and installation process for wall-covering products, we cannot guarantee results. For this reason partially or fully installed murals, wallpapers and decals do not qualify for replacements, returns or refunds.
