Return and exchange policy
1. By placing the order on our store, you accept our shipping/return policy.
2. We recommend that you read our refund policy carefully before submitting any claims. Make sure the product is suitable for any claims to avoid any dissatisfaction.
3. Refunds are accepted only after approval by our customer support team. To start a refund or any other request, please contact customer support at within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the parcel.
4. Unused, unopened items can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, depending on the conditions.
5. If the item is defective/damaged or does not work, please file a claim and provide due diligence as required by a customer service representative. Unverified items are not subject to return, exchange or refund. Without confirmation, we will not be able to solve your problem. Claims submitted after the expiration of 14 calendar days will not be accepted.
6. You should always consider the possibility of using a tracked delivery service or purchasing insurance upon delivery. We do not provide a return label and do not pay for return shipping.
