- After approval, we will provide instructions for returning the product
- If you want to exchange the product for another, we will offer available options from the workshop assortment.
- In case of a difference in the cost of the goods, an additional payment or a refund of part of the funds is possible.

- Products made to order according to individual sketches or parameters of the client are not subject to return and exchange.
- The costs of return shipping of goods when returning for reasons not related to defects are paid by the buyer.
