The buyer pays return shipping. We will use the same payment method you specified during the original transaction to process your refund. You will not be charged interest on your refund. We may refuse a refund until we receive the goods back or until you provide proof of having sent the goods back, whichever comes first. You must return the goods promptly and in any event no later than fifteen days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back within the fifteen-day period. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You will be responsible for any loss in value of the goods only if this loss in value is not attributable to handling the goods necessary to check their quality, properties, and functionality. If the buyer returns an item, it must be in the same condition as when it was received and complete with all items in the original packaging.
If the returned item was used, damaged, missing any parts, or was damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging, the seller may retain a portion of the refund amount to compensate for the loss in value of the item.
