Delivery to Germany is also closed. This is due to an increase in customs refusals and product disposals.

Refunds are issued if the package is lost by postal services or delayed for more than 90 days without any trace. If the item is lost, you can request a refund, or we will make a new plush for you.(If this is a custom-made toy(only 50% of the compensation funds are possible), or if there is no other one in stock, production will take some time)
If the plush is of poor quality - torn, or if the box is empty, a refund or replacement will be granted only with video evidence! Therefore, if the box is very light or shows signs of being tampered with, immediately record the unpacking process.
