Return and Exchange Conditions I accept returns and exchanges if: The item has not been used and is still in its original condition. The item is returned in its original packaging (if applicable). The buyer sends the return within the required timeframe. Items Not Eligible for Return Returns are not accepted for: Personalized or custom-made items. Digital products that have already been delivered or downloaded. Items with visible signs of use. Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer unless otherwise agreed in advance. If the issue is my fault (for example, the wrong item was sent or the item arrived damaged), I will cover all related expenses. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item: Contact me within 48 hours of receiving the order. Provide photos of the damage. Tracking Information Tracking numbers are provided when available for the chosen shipping method. Some economy shipping options may offer limited or no tracking. Address Accuracy Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the cost of reshipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
