The item has not been used and is still in its original condition.
The item is returned in its original packaging (if applicable).
The buyer sends the return within the required timeframe.

Items with visible signs of use.

If the issue is my fault (for example, the wrong item was sent or the item arrived damaged), I will cover all related expenses.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

Provide photos of the damage.
I will offer a replacement, a refund, or partial compensation — depending on the situation.
