Now I understand what artists mean when they say “self indulgent art” - these little snow flake designs were just that for me in between working on different art projects - which I am so blessed to have a chance to be able to do🥰 . My dream has been to be able to draw beautiful princesses and I know if my four year old self would see this she would be wild eyes - excited - jaw to the floor whooah! 😮😍 That’s how I would react when my artist grandpa would draw my favorite princesses when we paused the VHS. And later I would color his sketches. . Can you imagine I am making my own coloring pages now!! So exciting!!🤪✨ . Glam Vogue inspired Belle Variation was so much fun to paint for @pinsbywafa 🥰 It took a while till I decided on this pastel green color and isn’t she gorgeous! . I have always loved pastel pinks and greens together, they are just so beautiful and mesmerizing. I used to have a pastel green swimsuit and it was my fav to wear at our Lake House in Hungary. Took forever to pick one of her moments to draw because she has so many amazing ones. 🌸 . When I saw her daydream ✨walking in her bedroom brushing her hair with that fork I was mortified for a second because I never even realized before she is still using the fork before bed time!!🤣 . Like omg I must have seen the movie a 1000 times and how did I miss that!!😅 To burn it in my brain and because Sebastian was so hilarious I had to pick this moment to draw. I had tons of fun! 😍 . Also I feel like most of the credit if not all on this one goes straight to the genius people coming up with her concept and animating her. 👏🏼 . I took a shot from the movie directly and used it as a reference. When coloring I decided to use watercolor this time to put some interesting twists on the style.
