Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Non-returnable Items
Final sale and discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Earrings and intimate accessories are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
Process
To start a return or exchange, contact us at [[email protected]] with your order number and reason for return.
Upon approval, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without requesting first will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about your refund or exchange approval.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We’re happy to process one free exchange per order if stock is available.
If not, you may request a full refund or store credit.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
International Orders
Return shipping charges for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.
