Ask any questions, I will answer them all. This is a digital product (there is no physical product) intended for the independent production of sheet metal products. You should be able to cut out parts on a CNC metal cutting machine or manually with a convenient cutting tool using a stencil (for example, a grinder). Also, you should be able to bend the parts on a bending machine or manually, at the end welding the parts together according to the instructions and, if desired, cleaning and painting the finished product. Please note that the drawings are distributed on the condition that your finished product is a finished sculpture, the sale of welding kits based on my drawings is strictly prohibited. The Rottweiler Mini involves the manufacture of steel with a thickness 1,5 mm and a bending radius 1 mm. The weight of the Rottweiler Mini is about 1,8 kg. There are 32 parts in total. The design documentation includes 21 pages, 19 of which are bending drawings. The instruction includes 10 pages in the order of assembly. The bend line is drawn along the cutouts in the part, in accordance with the drawing. The archive includes: dxf (32 pcs.- files separately and for a one sheet), Drawings (21 pages), Instructions (10 pages). Overall dimensions of the sculpture (LxWxH): 374х131х283 mm. This is a mini-project, and it is better not to reduce it, you can increase it, but within certain limits, check with me. DXF are available both in the form of parts separately, and placed for a one sheet. The project is available DXF with engraving and without engraving. Remember to set up the layers before cutting, otherwise the machine may cut the parts along the engraving line. The engraving layer is on the inside of the part, the bending in the drawings is indicated on the outside of the part. Cutting layer – “Cut”, engraving layer – “Engrav”. The project includes stencils for A4. The files you download are not intended for distribution (in any form, digital or printed), they are intended for you and your production. You have the right to manufacture and sell products created according to these drawings (only finished sculpture) in any quantities. Please note that the drawings are distributed on the condition that your finished product is a finished sculpture, the sale of welding kits based on my drawings is strictly prohibited. 3D models are not included in the project, if you need, then STP models of all parts, except for mirror parts, (not assembled) can be provided for an additional fee. But I do not guarantee that your bending calculation software will display the models correctly. The example of the finished sculpture shows an example of an enlarged version. If you do not download the project yourself, I will send it to you by e-mail within 24 hours, you can also contact me if you are unable to download the project. If your cutting tool uses G-code, please contact me before purchasing, I will send you an example of the part, as the machine may not read the DXF.
