Return and Exchange Policy for Original Paintings 1. Uniqueness of the Artwork All paintings are original and one-of-a-kind. Since each piece is handmade and exists in a single copy, returns or exchanges at the buyer’s request are not accepted. 2. Returns or Exchanges for Damaged Items If a painting is damaged during shipping, please take photos of the damage immediately and contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. In this case, we will provide: a replacement with an equivalent painting (if available), or a full refund. 3. Shipping Errors If the order was shipped to the wrong address or the wrong painting was sent, we will correct the situation by resending the correct item or issuing a refund. 4. Condition for Return Returns are accepted only if the original packaging is intact and the painting is in perfect condition. 5. Exclusions Returns or exchanges are not accepted in the following cases: change of mind by the buyer, minor natural color variations during shipping, damage occurring after the painting has been received.
