There is no exchange of a jewelry piece as each item is absolutely unique.
If you have doubts, feel free to contact me and request more photos, videos, or even video call, so that you can see the item of you choice in finest details. I wrap and pack every jewelry piece with care and there has being no postal damages so far. As well as there was no returs so far.
