Welding Project Plans Drawings German Shepherd Sitting V2 (DXF, PDF)

Ask any questions, I will answer them all. This is a digital product (there is no physical product) intended for the independent production of sheet metal products. You should be able to cut out parts on a CNC metal cutting machine or manually with a convenient cutting tool using a stencil (for example, a grinder). Also, you should be able to bend the parts on a bending machine or manually, at the end welding the parts together according to the instructions and, if desired, cleaning and painting the finished product. Please note that the drawings are distributed on the condition that your finished product is a finished sculpture, the sale of welding kits based on my drawings is strictly prohibited. The German Shepherd involves the manufacture of steel with a thickness 1,5 mm and a bending radius 1 mm. The weight of the German Shepherd is about 18 kg. There are 58 parts in total. The design documentation includes 42 pages, 39 of which are bending drawings. The instruction includes 25 pages in the order of assembly. The bend line is drawn along the cutouts in the part, in accordance with the drawing. The archive includes: dxf (58 pcs.- files separately and for a one sheet), Drawings (42 pages), Instructions (25 pages). Overall dimensions of the sculpture (LxWxH): 718х503х1004 mm. DXF are available both in the form of parts separately, and placed for a one sheet. The project is available DXF with engraving and without engraving. Remember to set up the layers before cutting, otherwise the machine may cut the parts along the engraving line. The engraving layer is on the inside of the part, the bending in the drawings is indicated on the outside of the part. Cutting layer – “Cut”, engraving layer – “Engrav”. The files you download are not intended for distribution (in any form, digital or printed), they are intended for you and your production. You have the right to manufacture and sell products created according to these drawings (only finished sculpture) in any quantities. Please note that the drawings are distributed on the condition that your finished product is a finished sculpture, the sale of welding kits based on my drawings is strictly prohibited. 3D models are not included in the project, if you need, then STP models of all parts, except for mirror parts, (not assembled) can be provided for an additional fee. But I do not guarantee that your bending calculation software will display the models correctly. If your cutting tool uses G-code, please contact me before purchasing, I will send you an example of the part, as the machine may not read the DXF.
