You can download the embroidery design immediately after payment. Embroidery design is not subject to return and exchange. But if you have any problems with the purchased design, then write to us and we will find a solution to the problem. The embroidery design is downloaded in the zip archive. If you can't unzip the zip archive, then write to us and we will send the file to your email. If you need a file of a different size or format, then write to us. The color scheme of embroidery designs is approximate. You can always change the color of the threads at your discretion. Embroidered designs are recommended to be washed by hand washing without the use of bleach.
