Welding Project Plans Drawings Dog (DXF,PDF)

Digital product Ask any questions, I will answer them all. This is a digital product (there is no physical product) intended for the independent production of sheet metal products. You should be able to cut out parts on a CNC metal cutting machine or manually with a convenient cutting tool using a stencil (for example, a grinder). Also, you should be able to bend the parts on a bending machine or manually, at the end welding the parts together according to the instructions and, if desired, cleaning and painting the finished product. Please note that the drawings are distributed on the condition that your finished product is a finished sculpture, the sale of welding kits based on my drawings is strictly prohibited. The Dog involves the manufacture of steel with a thickness of 1.5 mm and a bending radius of 1 mm. The archive includes: dxf (files separately and for a sheet 400×400), Overall dimensions of the sculpture (LxWxH): 800x320x613mm. The project contains an engraving layer. The engraving is located on the inside of the part (the bending direction in the drawings is on the outside of the part). Layer name of cutting “Cut”, layer of engraving “Engrav”. On the nest, the parts are arranged so as to fit the parts on the sheet as compactly as possible, some parts are mirrored on the nest. If you care about which side the face is on when cutting (for example, when cutting stainless steel with a mirror finish), do the nesting yourself. If you need to create a stencil for printing in PDF format or create a DXF file with all the parts located on the sheet metal format you need, please contact me. The files you download are not intended for distribution (in any form, digital or printed), they are intended for you and your production. You have the right to manufacture and sell products created according to these drawings (only finished sculpture) in any quantities. 3D models are not included in the project, if you need, then STP models of all parts, except for mirror parts, (not assembled) can be provided for an additional fee. But I do not guarantee that your bending calculation software will display the models correctly.
