Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, and cover all return shipping costs. Returns Due to Change of Mind: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only if the item is unused and in its original, undamaged packaging. In this case, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs (both ways). Custom Orders: Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
