Packaging
Each rug is carefully inspected, securely packed, and protected during transit to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes according to the destination country's regulations. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless stated otherwise.
Delivery Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays caused by customs clearance, weather, holidays, or courier services are beyond our control.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Tuftiva Rugs, each rug is handcrafted with care by skilled artisans. Because many of our products are handmade or custom-made, slight variations in color, texture, and size are a natural part of the craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
Returns
We accept returns for standard (non-custom) rugs within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
* The rug must be unused and in its original condition.
* It must be returned in its original packaging.
* A return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.
Custom & Personalized Rugs
All custom-made and personalized rugs are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:
* The product
* The packaging
* The shipping label
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We do not offer exchanges for custom orders or for changes of mind.
Return Shipping
* If the return is due to our mistake, we will cover the return shipping costs.
* For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After production has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled.
