Custom and personalized orders
There is (almost) nothing that can't be done. I will happily assist you to make the perfect accessory for you.
Since I make everything from scratch, customizing is now my middle name - if there is a way to make this, I will damn sure make it.
Sizing details
You will find drop down menu for choosing your size in most bracelets, apart from a few "ready to ship". Those fit most normal wrists and offer adjusting.
Care instructions
I am guessing that you will not put your hand into boiling water or super hot oil, so there's not much to do, really. I use vachetta leather and have tested it my self (in all possible ways). If you wet it, it will get darker and a bit stiff. Other than that, it will be just fine.
It is generally better to avoid excess water exposure (especially swimming with your bracelets on)
A leather conditioner is always useful if you are a fan of leather accessories, once in a while they will be grateful for showing them little love.
About tarnishing: Well, this is completely normal. Usually the oxidized pendants and polished silver will not tarnish. But if it happens, you can gently brush it with the green side of the dish sponge.
Are those products truly handmade?
Yes, and I am proud about it. I make every single product entirely by hand. I have a small laser engraver to personalize your accessories, but other than that, I cut, shape, stitch and paint everything by hand.
I am very tempted to buy a stitching machine, but a) it is too expensive, b) I have no place to put it c) I am not sure if my products will still be considered as 100% handmade. I might buy one once I start getting 20 orders per day and we can talk again about it.
I like something in your store, but I want a different color/personalization and I don't see that option, is it possible?
Absolutely! I make everything from scratch, therefore alternating and adjusting is my middle name. Get in touch with me and we will make it happen.
How long does it take you to prepare my order?
Your order will be prepared and shipped in 1-3 business days, unless I get 20 orders daily (which I don't), so don't worry, I'm fairly quick.
I do have a more flexible window (just in case I get 20 orders per day - kidding) for the hand painted designs, to leave an extra day and make sure it is perfectly dry and sealed.
How do you package my order?
I use recyclable cushioned mailer. You will receive a flat nevelope, but don't worry about your bracelet's shape; it will restore perfectly. This flat packaging is to keep the shipping cost as low as possible.
Can I track my package?
Absolutely. All orders are shipped as A Priority Registered Airmail with tracking information, or A Priority Tracked Airmail with tracking information.
You will always be able to track your package.
When will my order arrive?
Ah. My favorite (not) question. Well, once I drop the package to the post office, it is out of my control. However, you will always receive a tracking number to monitor it, and by experience I can tell you some estimates:
for Greece: 2-4 business days
for Europe: 4-7 business days
for Australia: 15-25 business days
for US/Canada: 7-15 business days.
Okay, this is the tricky part. I had orders that delivered in a week and I was delighted. But I also had orders that took longer than a month to arrive. However, this is rare. Occasionally, something might get stuck in Chicago for a while (always Chicago is slow for some reason). Good thing is, they are not lost. Bad thing is, we both have to wait.
How about Returns?
You can return your order in its original condition within 14 days of delivery.
I do not accept returns in personalized/custom orders as I cannot re-use or re-sell them, but I can happily discuss it to find the best solution that works.
Buyers are responsible for returning shipping costs.
