2. In case of undelivered or lost parcel, please file a claim within 60 calendar days from the date of shipment. Claims filed after this time will not be accepted.
3. If you do not receive your package, but the courier marked it as delivered, it will not be considered lost. Please file a claim with the courier.
4. To avoid delivery problems, please make sure you provide your correct and complete address at checkout. Goods returned due to incomplete address are not eligible for refund or store credit.
5. Cancellations/changes to an order will be accepted within 60 minutes if the order has not shipped. Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse and has been assigned a tracking number, it becomes virtually impossible to cancel/receive a package.
Returns are accepted within 3 days of receipt of order. Buyer is responsible for shipping the item back, including shipping costs. Refunds are issued after providing a tracking number and shipping receipt.
