With wolverine bone beads, mother-of-pearl white beads ("bones"), Indian metal fittings.Silver pendants are sewn on the bottom edge of the choker.The choker is edged with almost transparent small gray beads, similar to dewdrops.

Wolverine was considered a shaman's assistant spirit, and her images, as well as claws, fangs, and fur, were used in the shamanic costume. All this was supposed to give the shaman the stamina needed to travel to other worlds.
To intimidate evil spirits, wolverine claws and fangs were sewn to the hem and sleeves of fur coats.
The Chukchi kept an old wolverine head for fortune-telling, hung it on a tripod and asked: on what day to go hunting, or what name to give a newborn baby. If the head began to shake after the question, it was believed that their intention was pleasing to the deity.
