Return and exchange policy
I want you to be satisfied! If you don't like something, please contact me within
3 days after receiving the goods and I will do my best to rectify the situation.
Return of goods from some countries is temporarily not possible. See the work of the post office in your country.
When I receive the item in its original condition, I will issue a refund of the money paid for the item minus the cost of shipping.
You cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. If you don't want the item, please receive it and send it back to me for a refund.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns about your purchase at any time.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact me. Refunds will be made upon receipt of a photograph of the damaged item.
Customized orders with your names or special inscriptions are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Digital products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Delivery policy
I will ship worldwide. Your order will be sent to the address specified in your account. Make sure it is correct. I promise to make and ship your order on time. See the production time for each product separately.
Delivery to USA takes 2-8 weeks
Delivery to Canada 4-12 weeks
To European countries 2-6 weeks
To New Zealand 4-16 weeks
To Singapore, China, Taiwan - 2-8 weeks
