Shipping Policy for Original Paintings
1. Order Processing Time
After payment is confirmed, each painting is carefully packaged and prepared for shipment. Usually, order processing takes 2–5 business days.
2. Shipping Methods
We use reliable courier services or postal operators with a tracking number so you can monitor your package at every stage.
3. Packaging
Each painting is carefully packaged: protective bubble wrap, a sturdy cardboard or wooden box (depending on the size) to ensure it arrives safely without damage.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping cost depends on the size and weight of the painting and the delivery region. The exact cost is calculated at checkout.
5. International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery time and cost depend on the destination country and the courier service. Additional customs fees may apply.
6. Damaged Items
If the painting is damaged during shipping, please document the damage with photos immediately and contact us. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to always know the status of your painting.
Return and Exchange Policy for Original Paintings
1. Uniqueness of the Artwork
All paintings are original and one-of-a-kind. Since each piece is handmade and exists in a single copy, returns or exchanges at the buyer’s request are not accepted.
2. Returns or Exchanges for Damaged Items
If a painting is damaged during shipping, please take photos of the damage immediately and contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. In this case, we will provide:
a replacement with an equivalent painting (if available), or
a full refund.
3. Shipping Errors
If the order was shipped to the wrong address or the wrong painting was sent, we will correct the situation by resending the correct item or issuing a refund.
4. Condition for Return
Returns are accepted only if the original packaging is intact and the painting is in perfect condition.
5. Exclusions
Returns or exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:
change of mind by the buyer,
minor natural color variations during shipping,
damage occurring after the painting has been received.
