After your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and assigned a tracking number canceling/retrieving the package becomes virtually impossible. We try to ensure that the quality of both the product and packaging is perfect. But considering that logistic companies do the shipping, we cannot guarantee you completely undamaged packaging.
