Return and exchange policy
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
All return items must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your item for a full refund minus shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
Items must be unused, not damaged and in full original packaging for the return to be processed.
Please ensure the return as you are responsible for returning the item in new condition if it arrives damaged refund may be refused. You are required to pay the return shipping and the item must be in new condition. Customers are required to pay for the return shipping.
All custom orders are subject to a 50% non-refundable deposit.
Returns after 7 days will not be accepted.
The items purchased on sale are non-refundable.
It is not possible to cancel an order after it has been sent to the buyer. Please study all the information about the product before ordering it.
