At BrandigoDigital, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. Please read our policy below regarding our two different types of products. 1. Digital Products (Worksheets, Assets, Templates) Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products are final. No Returns/Refunds: Once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange because the product cannot be "returned." Exceptions: We will gladly issue a refund or send a corrected file if: The file is corrupt or does not open. The product description was significantly misleading. Support: If you have any trouble downloading or using your files, please message us immediately. We are here to help you get the most out of your purchase! 2. Physical Merchandise (T-shirts, Mugs, etc.) Our physical products are printed specifically for you when you order. To reduce waste and keep our prices low, we handle returns as follows: Damaged or Misprinted Items: If your item arrives damaged or with a printing error, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. Size Exchanges: Because each item is custom-made, we cannot offer exchanges for incorrect size choices. Please refer carefully to the Size Chart in the product images before ordering. Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for "change of mind" once the production process has started. 3. Cancellations Digital Orders: Cannot be cancelled once the download link has been issued. Physical Orders: You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, the item may have already entered production and cannot be stopped. 4. How to Request a Return Contact us via the Ballwool Message center. Include your Order Number and a brief description of the issue. For physical items, attach a photo of the product and the shipping label. 5. EU Consumer Rights (Right of Withdrawal) If you are a resident of the European Union, please note: Digital Content: By purchasing, you express consent to begin the performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download has started. Custom Goods: The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (such as our made-to-order merchandise).

Digital Products (Instant Download) For all digital items, including worksheets, templates, and digital assets: No Shipping Fees: Digital products are delivered electronically at no extra cost. Instant Access: Once your payment is confirmed, your files will be available for download immediately via your Ballwool account or the confirmation email sent to your registered address. Format: Files are typically delivered in high-resolution formats (PDF, JPG, PNG, or ZIP). Please ensure you have the necessary software to open these files. 2. Physical Merchandise (T-shirts, Mugs, etc.) Our physical products are often made-to-order to ensure the highest quality. Processing Time: Please allow 2–5 business days for production and packaging before your order is shipped. Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items. Estimated Delivery Times: Domestic (India): 5–10 business days. International: 10–21 business days, depending on the destination and local customs processing. Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's progress. 3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes International Orders: BrandigoDigital is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). GST Compliance: All applicable Indian taxes are included in the final checkout price where mandatory. 4. Damaged or Lost Items If you receive a physical product that was damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damaged item. We will work quickly to send a replacement.
