Once your claim is submitted, our support team reviews it carefully. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 1–3 business days, depending on your payment provider. If not eligible, we’ll guide you on next steps. Our support team is here to help.

Frequently Asked Questions

You can request a refund within 14 days after receiving your order. If your item is damaged, lost, or significantly different from the description, Ballwool will help you get a refund. Refunds for voluntary changes of mind are subject to the seller's return policy. Shipping costs, taxes, and platform fees may be non-refundable.
