Typically, our products are made-to-order and will be shipped within 2-5 business days upon payment confirmation. We ship everything via USPS Ground Advantage - 3-5 business days to most locations. If you need an item sooner, we can upcharge for priority shipping.
If anything is broken or lost during shipment, please contact us with photos the same day and we will work with you to achieve a mutually acceptable solution - whether that's replacement, return, or otherwise. If you simply have buyer's remorse, contact us within 7 days of receipt of package and we can accept a return as long as the product(s) is/are in the same condition when we receive them back - barring any unforeseen shipping issues. A refund will be processed once we receive the qualifying item(s) back. We cannot refund shipping costs. Exchanges are typically not done since most items are made-to-order. We do offer free minor repairs for life as long as you cover shipping costs both ways.
