Return and exchange policy
RETURN POLICY We accept returns on in-stock products within 60 days of purchase but no later than 14 days from the date of arrival. We do not accept returns on custom or made-to-order products. Returns must be in original, unused condition. We do not take responsibility for damaged items that were installed improperly. The return must be in its original packaging. Returned goods that do not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Once we receive your qualifying return we will do a refund.
Delivery policy
The shipping cost is included in the price of the product. We only ship registered parcels with a tracking number. We accept returns within 14 days for standard goods. STANDARD SHIPPING & DELIVERY For your convenience, we offer free standard shipping for any order. We deliver with national post service. Please make sure that you have entered the full delivery address with the postal code and it is correct. Tracking information will be emailed to the customer when a package leaves our shop (we will send tracking information to your email). We ship all orders to the address specified during checkout as the "shipping address". Please use a real deliverable address. We will not be held responsible for the loss of a package due to inaccuracies in the "shipping address". Money paid for undeliverable packages will be refunded to the customer with withhold shipping charges when packige coming back.
