All my items are completely handmade. Every item in my shop is ready to ship. In case you want something custom-made for you, please, contact me, so I do need time for making them. It depends on the complexity of the work and the amount of current orders- from 2-3 days to several weeks.   ♦RETURN / EXCHANGE of digital items is not available ♦RETURNS/EXCHANGES of a physical items  I go to great lengths to accurately portray all items and provided all information needed. It is the buyer's responsibility to read descriptions and policies before purchasing.  In the event that you are unhappy with the product, I will accept returns or exchanges (excluding customized or customized orders).. You must contact me within 7 days of delivery, and I must receive the item unused and in the original packaging within 30 days. The buyer will be responsible to pay return postage. ♦NOTE: International orders take approximately 3-5 weeks for arrival. I do everything within my power to provide excellent service but sadly cannot control your package once it leaves my hands. I do not provide refunds or discounts in the rare inconvenience of a delayed delivery. Buyer acknowledges this upon agreement to purchase and realizes I am not responsible for any delay experienced.
