Detailed communication before purchasing can save energy, money and time spent on returns/exchanges. Take the choice of painting for your interior seriously. The colors on the painting may differ from the color rendering of your monitor. A painting is not clothing that may not fit, it is a work of art. All paintings in the store are presented in a single copy, therefore, they cannot be exchanged. Return requests must be submitted within 3 days from the date of receipt of the goods. If the request is overdue or does not meet the terms of the return policy, the seller has the right to refuse the return. Return process: The seller will contact the buyer within 2 business days after receiving the request. Carefully pack the painting and send it within 3 business days, notifying the artist-seller about it (attach the tracking number of the parcel). The seller will confirm the status of the product and complete the return procedure within 2 business days after receiving the product. Attention! Postage costs in case of return are borne by the buyer.
