Return and exchange policy
I try to make sure you don't want to return the item. I ship all my items in perfect condition. All my parcels are securely packaged and you receive the goods in perfect condition. The process of packing and sending the parcel is filmed. I will resolve each issue regarding the return of goods individually.
Delivery policy
I send my works to all countries.
Belarus Post offers delivery within 14-30 working days, but sometimes it takes up to 4-5 weeks. If you would like your package to be delivered earlier, please contact us, the post office can do this, but at an additional cost.
