Delivery policy
-Handling time takes 5-7 business days after receiving authorised payment.
-Free Worldwide shipping from Russia by international standard mail.
-Tracking number available.
-Delivery time usually takes 3-8 weeks and varies for different countries.
-You should provide correct shipping address.
-During holidays (New Year, Christmas, International women’s day etc) delivery time increases and purchases should be made in advance.
-In case of force major situation (such as Earthquakes, Covid, different geopolitical events, natural disasters and so on...) packages can be shipped by the ground through transit countries and waiting time will increase up to 2-3 months.
-According my own 10 years experience shipping abroad there weren’t cases of lost, but were delays due these circumstances I described above. In any case customers always get their packages!
