If no mechanical damage was found upon delivery, paintings cannot be returned or exchanged.
I hope you approach the choice and purchase of a painting consciously. When purchasing a painting, please, take into account the fact that the painting in reality may differ from what you see on the monitor screen. It may be a bit darker or lighter, brighter, paler, or other shades may be present. In most cases monitor settings are different, so I cannot guarantee that the colors you see on your monitor will match exacly the colors in the painting.
