Although there was a bit of trial and error with the sizing (since 1970s UK sizing is not equivalent to 2023 sizes) this pattern was so much fun to make!!! Easy to follow and I loved adding the ribbon and button touches. Can’t wait to wear!

Gorgeous pattern which was simple to make and understand. I made the "XL" size which I felt was around a UK 12 by adding additional shell to the width and 4 more rows for the bust area. The ribbon detailing is so pretty and fits really well. The yarn I used was Drops Muskat (single strand) and a size 5 / 4.5 hook.

kinda hard to understand at first, you have to read it really carefully but once you understand it it’s very simple.

Little hard time understand and figuring out sizing at first, but once you get your rhythm down it was simple! I didn't have to adjust the sizing to much since I'm a small/medium. Bigger busted girlys are gonna have a harder time to figure out sizing. Overall it's a beautiful shirt, I'd encourage other people to try to make it outta maybe bamboo yarn.
