Δεν ήμουν και πολύ σίγουρος για το πως θα εξελιχθεί αυτή η συνταγή..!
Σαν παιδί και εγώ θυμάμαι τον εαυτό μου να μην μπορώ να αντισταθώ σε ένα μπισκότο. Μα και τώρα που μεγάλωσα κάπως αισθάνομαι ακριβώς την ίδια επιθυμία.
Και κάπως έτσι μου ήρθε η ιδέα ..
Μπισκότα μέσα στο σαπούνι, είναι ποτέ δυνατόν;;
Και όμως είναι!
Σκέφτηκα λοιπόν να φτιάξω ενα καλούπι σιλικόνης απο ενα μπισκότο. Αγόρασα κανονικά μπισκότα από το super market, τα τοποθέτησα σε μια τετράγωνη χάρτινη συσκευασία και από πάνω τους έριξα σιλικόνη καλουπιών.
Και πλέον ήμουν πολύ χαρούμενος γιατί θα έχω τα αγαπημένα μου μπισκότα από σαπούνι. Βέβαια δεν θα μπορώ να τα φάω αλλά ποιος νοιάζεται..

Ολοένα και περισσότερο διαπιστώνω πως το να ζείς στην επαρχία δεν είναι και τόσο δύσκολο .
Ο χρόνος εδώ κυλάει κάπως διαφορετικά..
Μάλλον η επαφή με την φύση με βοηθάει στο να αντιμετωπίζω τα προβλήματα της καθημερινότητας με κάπως διαφορετικό τρόπο.
Είναι ολες αυτές οι φορές που συναντάω γνώριμους και μη ανθρώπους, κάνοντας την καθημερινή μου βόλτα.
Ζω στα Ιωάννινα και δεν το μετανιώνω!
Αν κάνεις μια βόλτα στα Ζαγοροχώρια θα καταλάβεις πως εδώ υπάρχει ακόμα έντονο το στοιχείο μιας άλλης εποχής , ξεχασμένης από τον χρόνο.
Έτσι και εγώ δεν χάνω στιγμή και τρέχω να βρω υλικά για το καινούργιο μου project που είναι...
σαπούνι από κατσικίσιο γάλα!!!
Είναι εύκολο να βρω παραγωγούς αφού τα Ιωάννινα φημίζονται για τα βοσκοτόπια τους.
Θα προσπαθήσω να σας περιγράψω τα ωφέλη που προσφέρει το κατσικίσιο γάλα μέσα στο σαπούνι:

Δεδομένης της αυξημένης ζήτησης για φυσικά προϊόντα, το σαπούνι από κατσικίσιο γάλα είναι αυτό ακριβώς που ακούγεται, σαπούνι από κατσικίσιο γάλα!
Παρασκευασμένο με την παραδοσιακή διαδικασία σαπουνοποίησης, διαφορετικά έλαια μεταξύ τους αναμιγνύονται με υδροξειδίου του νατρίου και νερό όπου στην συγκεκριμένη περίπτωση το νερό έχει αντικατασταθεί εξολοκλήρου από το κατσικίσιο γάλα, κάνοντας το πλούσιο σε θρεπτικά συστατικά.
Επιπλέον, το γάλα κατσίκας είναι μια καλή πηγή βιταμίνης Α
Περιέχει λιπαρά οξέα και χοληστερόλη, τα οποία αποτελούν ένα μεγάλο μέρος της επιδερμίδας του δέρματος.
Τέλος λόγω της περιεκτικότητάς του σε γαλακτικό οξύ, το σαπούνι από κατσικίσιο γάλα μπορεί να βοηθήσει στην πρόληψη της ακμής.

We are Lisa and Jo from Crafty Pear. We met when pregnant and soon discovered we had much more in common than big bumps, nappies and sleepless nights.
