How to start selling on Ballwool. Tutorial
Start
This tutorial will tell you how to create a store on Ballwool, how to add products and posts, as well as how to work with orders and send messages.

Registration
After you have downloaded the application, you need to sign in to your account. If you already have an account, you will be offered the opportunity to select an existing account or log in using your username and passwords or Facebook account

If you do not have an account yet, then click the "Register" button located at the bottom of the screen. In the window that opens, fill in your information and click the "Register" button

Store creation
After logging into your account, if you have not created a store before, you will see the page for creating a store.
In order to create a store, you must do the following:

1. Upload the store logo
2. Enter the name of the store
3. Tell us about your store
Tell us about your store, what exactly you are doing, the history of creating the store, or some other information that will be of interest to the user
4. Specify a payment term
Indicate which payment methods are convenient for you: bank transfer, cash, etc.
At the moment, payment is made directly, between the buyer and the seller, without the participation of the site
5. Specify the terms of delivery
Specify the terms of production and delivery of orders
6. Specify the terms of return and exchange
Please indicate if you accept returns, if so, in what cases
7. Specify the country
Indicate in which country your store is located. This information will be visible to the buyer and will also be used to automatically calculate shipping costs.
8. Enter the shipping address of the goods
Indicate the address from which you will send parcels. This information will not be visible to the buyer, but will be used to automatically calculate shipping costs.
9. Enter the postal code
Please enter your postal code. This information will not be visible to the buyer, but will be used to automatically calculate shipping costs.
10. Enter your email
Enter your Email. The email will not be visible to the buyer. Notifications will be sent to the specified Email
11. Specify the currency
Specify the currency in which you will indicate the price of goods
Attention: it will not be possible to change the currency in the future
12. Click on the checkmark in the upper corner of the screen
After you have filled everything in, click the checkmark icon at the top of the screen, then shop will be created
Product publication
After you have created a store, you can start adding products.
To add products, on the first tab of the application, click the "+" icon, after which a page will open to create a product, on which you need to do the following:

1. Specify the name of the products
2. Specify a category
3. Describe the product
4. Add keywords
Keywords are separated from each other by spaces
5. Indicate the price
6. Indicate whether the product is handmade
7. Add options
If the buyer can choose the version of the product, for example: color, size, etc., then you can add options (no more than 10), indicating that the product is personalizable
7.1 Choice options
Choice options imply that the user can select one value from a list, for example, it could be the size of the clothes. To add an option with an answer option, select the field type as "Switch", then add options (no more than 8) and indicate the surcharge for each option. If the choice of the option is mandatory, then check the box "required"
7.2 Options with text entry
Options with text input, imply that the user can write any text, which then, will somehow be used, for example, the written text can be an inscription on a t-shirt. To add an option with text input, select the field type as "Text Field". If text input is required, then check the box "required"
8. Specify delivery details
If you provide free domestic and / or worldwide shipping, please check corresponding checkboxes. If you provide free shipping worldwide, please indicate parameters goods not necessary, otherwise indicate the approximate dimensions of the goods
9. Add photos
Click on the camera button at the bottom, from the gallery that opens, select a photo (no more than 5) and click the checkmark button at the top of the screen
Uploaded photos will be displayed in 4: 5 aspect ratio
10. Press the checkmark button at the top of the screen
After you have filled in everything, click the checkmark icon at the top of the screen, then the item will be created
Publishing a post
In addition to products, you can add any news. To do this, you need to go to the second tab of the application and click on the top of the screen. In the window that opens, do the following:

1. Add photos
To do this, click on the camera button at the bottom, from the gallery that opens, select a photo (no more than 5) and click the checkmark button at the top of the screen
Uploaded photos will be displayed in 4: 5 aspect ratio
2. Add text
Text is optional
3. Press the checkmark button at the top of the screen
After you have filled in everything, click the checkmark icon at the top of the screen, then the item will be created
Order management
After you have added products, you can receive orders. To go to the orders section, open the fourth tab

Orders are divided into three categories: new, ongoing, completed
1. New orders
Those orders that you have just received and have not yet processed.
You can accept or reject new orders with a reason.
2. Current orders
Orders that you have accepted but have not yet shipped to the customer
3. Completed
Those orders that have been completed and sent to the buyer
Order Processing
You can open an order by clicking on the "See details"

Having opened an order, you can see the total cost, delivery cost, a list of ordered goods, and See also buyers information. You can also change the shipping cost by clicking on the button "edit"
If you have opened a new order, then you can do the following:
1. Accept order
If you are ready to fulfill the order, then you can click on the second button from the bottom, and also write a message to the buyer that you are expecting payment
2. Reject the order
If you received payment, made an order and sent it to the buyer, then you can complete it
3. Send a message to the buyer
Click on the third button below to open a dialogue with the buyer
If you have opened a current order, then you can do the following:

Sending messages
You can open a dialog with a user by opening a third tab in the application or switch to a dialog from order

If you opened the dialog from the order page, then at the top of the screen you can see the button by clicking on which the order will open
You can send the user a text message, as well as attach photos to it (no more than 5)
