Durable packaging
The painting will be packed in bubble wrap, styrofoam and corrugated cardboard for reliable protection from damage.
I use international shipping service of Russian Post (air forwarding service) with the tracking number and shipping confirmation. This is important for me and my customers.
After your item has been shipped, you will receive an email from me with a tracking number.
I will also be glad, if you inform me about receiving the goods and safe your painting.
Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are provided when available for the chosen shipping method.
Some economy shipping options may offer limited or no tracking.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the cost of reshipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours and include photos of the damage.
For lost packages, an investigation will be opened with the carrier before any decision is made.

Return and Exchange Conditions
I accept returns and exchanges if:
The item has not been used and is still in its original condition.
The item is returned in its original packaging (if applicable).
The buyer sends the return within the required timeframe.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns are not accepted for:
Personalized or custom-made items.
Digital products that have already been delivered or downloaded.
Items with visible signs of use.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer unless otherwise agreed in advance.
If the issue is my fault (for example, the wrong item was sent or the item arrived damaged), I will cover all related expenses.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
Contact me within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Provide photos of the damage.
I will offer a replacement, a refund, or partial compensation — depending on the situation.
Order Cancellation
Cancellations/changes in order are accepted within 60 minutes if the order is not shipped. After your order has been dispatched and assigned a tracking number canceling/retrieving the package becomes virtually impossible.
Cancellations are possible if the order has not yet been shipped.
Please contact me as soon as possible.
Return policy: If for any reason the actual painting does not meet your full expectations, please return it upon receiving it in its original condition and packaging materials. I will refund the full cost of the painting, less delivery from the seller to the buyer (and minus commissions and taxes that are not refunded).

The procedure for returning goods.
1. After receiving the goods within 3 days, inform me about the desire to return the goods.
2. Send the goods back to the seller within 14 days.
3. Sending back is carried out at the expense of the buyer.
4. The seller returns the money after receiving the goods and checking the goods for its news (that the goods were not in use), purity and integrity.
5. If the goods were purchased on free shipping terms, then the refund amount = the transaction amount minus delivery from the seller to the buyer (and minus commissions and taxes that are not refunded).
