HasnainDEV is an independent freelancer shop offering digital products, premium website templates, and web development services. Because these products and services are delivered digitally, returns and exchanges are handled differently from physical goods.
For downloadable digital products, templates, themes, and other files, returns are generally not accepted once the product has been downloaded or access has been provided. However, if you receive the wrong file, experience a genuine technical problem, or the product is materially different from the listing and I am unable to resolve the issue, please contact me so I can review the situation.
Refunds may be considered in cases such as duplicate purchases, failure to receive the purchased digital product, or a verified technical issue that cannot reasonably be fixed. Refund requests should be made as soon as possible and include your order details and a clear explanation of the problem.
For custom services such as WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Elementor, website customization, maintenance, security, bug fixing, or speed optimization, cancellations may be accepted before work has started. Once work has begun, any completed work, time already spent, or third-party costs may be non-refundable. If a project has been partially completed, any refund will be based on the remaining uncompleted portion of the agreed work.
Exchanges are generally not available for digital products or completed custom services. If you purchased the wrong item by mistake, please contact me before downloading or using it, and I will review the request where possible.
Before requesting a refund, I encourage customers to contact me first. In many cases, installation, compatibility, download, or setup issues can be resolved quickly through support.
